Vacation Rental Amenities and Information

The Penthouses of the Royal Oasis is a brand new Vacation Condo Resort in a quiet safe community known as "Centro" or affectionately as "Little Italy" due to the high volume of Italian restaurants. All our Vacation Condo and Condo Suite rentals are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. All our Penthouse Condos have in-suite washers and dryers (not available in Condo Suites) Cable TV and Wireless High Speed Internet.

All our rentals are wheelchair accessible.

We have 12 Resort Penthouse Condo’s and 6 Resort Condo Suites. All are available on a minimum one week stay. However occasionally we have availability for a night or two in the Condo Suites, so give us a call.

Smoking is permitted outside on all patios and deck areas, we ask you to be courteous and use the ashtrays that are available.

Some of our Condo Suites and Penthouses are pet friendly for pocket dogs, however a Pet Security Deposit will be required and our Pet rules and regulations must be followed.

Airport transfer arrangements are available upon request.

Our office is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As well we have in house security 24 hrs a day.
We also have for your convenience an underground secured parking garage.

Maximum Two (2) Adults per Condo Suite, Sofa bed may accommodate One (1) child at no extra charge.
Maximum Six(6) Adults per Condo, extra bed accommodation for up to Maximum of Two (2) children.
Additional charges will apply for extra persons.
