Reservations & Deposits
Minimum Stay is 5 nights in any one Penthouse/Condo SuiteYou must submit a Rental Reservation Request.
Upon receipt of your Rental Reservation Request we will notify you within 48 hours with confirmation and all details.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation.
Reservation deposit is to be made by bank transfer.
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
The balance is due upon arrival (cash).
A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit can be secured by way of cash.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
60 + days in advance - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded
30 - 60 days in advance - 50% of deposit will be refunded
Less than 30 days - No deposit will be refunded
In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded
